We are seeking student designers who are interested in multi-media and ecommerce web development with an international broadcasting company. You will learn how to create websites for mobile, desktop and television platforms. Responsibilities include designing user interfaces and formulating ideas on how to improve our conversion/retention rate.

What do they mean by”conversion/retention rate” if you look up the word conversion it mostly speaking about religion. West Palm Beach would be a two hour drive daily, that is a little far for me.
