  2. This fellow at line25.com has been in the business for a while, this is his second blog. He is using WordPress with Google APIs and most of the search queries are for jquery lightbox tutorials. 60% of his users use Firefox, 30% Macs, with most of the rest using XP. The jquery website has not been updated recently. It would be increasingly tougher to work like this in Blogger in the absence of independent hosts. Thanks for the post.

  3. Well since I could not completely remove the first comment, I’ll add another. Yea, good old Blogger, got up to make a cup of coffee and when I came back I must of slightly touched the mouse and the page changed and my second comment completely disappeared. Back to old reliable, MS Word. I spent most of the night trying to make pages on my blog sight to show pictures and experiment with video. I could not add individual content to other pages. Every time I tried to edit and post to a page other than the home page it would post it to the home page. Gadgets can only be applied as a template. I lost the two polls I had configured, that no one answered anyway, because I wanted more space on my pages for the video players. The Picasa slideshow works fine in Picasa and through a link to the host but embedded into the blog Photo page it starts on the wrong frame and there is no background music.

On the line 25.com web site, it is refreshing to see Chris Spoon discussing Web Design riots, and featuring a tutorial on iPhone apps with HTML5 and CSS3. Among the freelance community, iPhone apps are popular and I am a fan of CSS. JavaScript lacks consistency among browsers and I prefer to find CSS alternatives if I can. Server Side scripting is seemingly the way to go nowadays with jsp and php being the two most popular programming languages in the world with Ruby on Rails closing in fast. Since I have been studying Web Design, the W3C has endorsed SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics) and its time has now come. Microsoft has been working with W3C for a few years and they are endorsing SVG, HTML5, and CSS3. Oh well I thought I might get a break this summer, guess not. Really I am excited about it and SVG is why I have studied mathematics and plan to pursue it further.

  4. Great website, I visit it daily and actually used his technique on my website as well.

Twitter.com also has the code so you can put in to your Blogger directly which I'm using now in the blog.

I just noticed your response. I checked out your twitter messages added to your blog. I am seeing that used as a GREAT advertising message on many blogs. If you can tweet about something that drives people to your site, the more traffic you will get. How about the rest of you?
