My favorite is a highlighted effect type which gives a stronger emphasis and style to a design. You can use this technique for short text like title, quotation, and captions in your layout design to give them more style and emphasis.
ReplyDeleteI found the text wrapping effect to be the most interesting as the other effects are pretty normal/easy.

ReplyDeleteI like typing on a tilt because it give it a wild, crazy, zany feel that you have when you first discover Photoshop(Sarcasm) . Then again adding filters is kinda cool.
ReplyDeleteI personally like the text wrap effect, the reason being is that it looks like it would be cool to have in a book, if done write (get it) you can be telling two stories at the same time. Also the bevel and emboss kind of effect seems pretty neat for when you make a sign
ReplyDeleteI really love the text wrap effect as well. After taking my Indesign class last semester I feel in love with that effect because it gives a depth within the article. I have seen numerous magazine layouts that use this because it gives it a more modern feel to it.
ReplyDeleteI have no experience with photoshop, however this article motivates me to learn how to use it.
